The invention discloses a novel uninterrupted operation method for a lithium battery vehicle, which comprises a normal discharge mode and a feed charging mode, and the normal discharge mode comprises the following steps: discharging under the condition of normal electric quantity, controlling K1 to be closed by a BMS (Battery Management System), keeping the power supply of the whole vehicle to be conducted, and sending a discharge permission message to a whole vehicle controller by the BMS; the charging connection device is still connected with the lithium battery pack of the whole vehicle without charging; the normal charging mode comprises the following steps that in the power-lack state, when the BMS detects that the SOC is smaller than a certain numerical value, the BMS actively sends a handshake message, and after a reply message sent by a charger is detected, a charging relay K2 is closed, and the charging mode is started; and the BMS requests the minimum value of the charging current and the maximum current allowed to be output by the charger to serve as the charging current, the discharging relay K1 continues to be closed, and normal operation of the whole vehicle is guaranteed. According to the method, a reasonable strategy is formulated, message and information exchange is carried out through the BMS, the whole vehicle controller and the charger communication CAN network, the whole vehicle operation process is controlled within respective reasonable ranges, the operation stability is improved, and the requirement for uninterrupted vehicle use of the lithium battery vehicle is met within a certain range.

    本发明公开了一种新型锂电车辆不间断工作的运行方法,包括正常放电模式和馈电充电模式,正常放电模式包括以下步骤:在正常电量情况下放电,BMS控制K1闭合,保持整车的供电导通,BMS发送放电允许报文给整车控制器,充电连接装置仍然与整车锂电池组相连,只是不充电;正常充电模式包括以下步骤:在亏电状态,当BMS检测到SOC小于某一数值时,BMS主动发送握手报文,并检测到充电机发送的回复报文后,闭合充电继电器K2,进入充电模式;BMS请求充电电流与充电机允许输出的最大电流中的最小值作为充电电流,继续保持放电继电器K1闭合,保证整车的正常运行。本发明通过制定合理的策略并通过BMS、整车控制器和充电机通讯CAN网络进行报文和信息交换,将整车运行过程控制在各自合理范围内,增加了运行稳定性,在一定范围内满足锂电车辆不间断用车的需求。
