The invention discloses a reinforced composite material for a light aircraft main landing gear and a manufacturing method of the reinforced composite material. The light aircraft main landing gear is formed by machining a 55CrSiA spring steel plate after integral forging forming, the surface hardness of the light aircraft main landing gear after forging and heat treatment is 45 HRC to 51 HRC, and the light aircraft main landing gear is integrally divided into an upper section connected with an aircraft body and a lower section connected with the aircraft body; the lower section is connected with a tire structure, and the middle section is connected with the upper section and the lower section and is in a shape with a wide upper part, a narrow lower part, a thick upper part and a thin lower part; a cobalt, chromium and titanium composite coating with the infiltrated layer depth of 15-18 microns is infiltrated into the surface, and cobalt, chromium and titanium are from 6B cobalt-based alloy; and a layer of polyurethane-based corrosion-resistant coating formed by dip-coating and drying is also cured on the surface of the main undercarriage. The light aircraft main landing gear is integrally forged and formed, and is excellent in mechanical property, high in surface strength, good in overall toughness and high in surface corrosion resistance.

    本发明公开了一种轻型飞机主起落架用增强复合材料及其制造方法,该轻型飞机主起落架由55CrSiA弹簧钢板一体化锻造成型后加工而成,经锻造及热处理后表面硬度45HRC‑51HRC,整体上分为与机体连接的上段,与轮胎结构连接的下段和连接上段与下段的中段三个部分,呈上宽下窄、上厚下薄的形状;表面渗入有渗层深度15μm‑18μm的钴、铬、钛复合涂层,该钴、铬、钛来源于合金6B钴基合金;主起落架表面还固化有一层浸涂烘干而成的聚氨酯基耐蚀涂层。该轻型飞机主起落架整体锻造成形、机械性能优良、表面强度高、整体韧性好、表面耐蚀性强。
