According to the method, the load data is calculated through the obtained initial tire pressure data when the electric bicycle is not loaded and the obtained test tire pressure data when the electric bicycle is loaded, the power supply of the electric bicycle is controlled to be disconnected through the load data, the overload problem of the electric bicycle can be effectively avoided, and the safety of the electric bicycle is improved.
