The bainite non-quenched and tempered steel comprises the following components, by mass: less than or equal to 0.32% of C, more than or equal to 0.60% and less than or equal to 1.50% of Si, more than or equal to 1.40% and less than or equal to 2.05% of Mn, less than or equal to 0.01% of P, less than or equal to 0.025% and less than or equal to 0.035% of S, less than or equal to 0.033% of Ti, less than or equal to 0.54% of Cr and the balance of Fe and inevitable impurities. According to the bainite non-quenched and tempered steel disclosed by the embodiment of the invention, low-carbon steel is adopted, Cr and Ti elements are added, and the content of S elements is controlled, so that the purpose of reducing the cost is achieved.
