本发明公开一种具有排气功能的压印光刻胶离型膜材,包括基材层,具有上表面和下表面;还包括涂布于基材层的上表面或/和下表面的光刻胶预聚物,所述光刻胶预聚物经过光辐射固化形成压印光刻胶层的同时通过机械接触的方式在其表面压印形成若干排气沟或排气槽;若干所述排气沟或排气槽将所压印光刻胶层分割成若干凸块。本发明还公开了一种具有排气功能的压印光刻胶离型膜材的制备方法及应用。在基材层上形成压印光刻胶层并通过机械接触的方式压印形成有效的排气沟或排气槽,解决粘性材料或压敏胶产品的排气问题。

    Disclosed is an embossed photoresist release-type film material having an exhaust function, comprising a substrate layer having an upper surface and a lower surface, and further comprising a photoresist prepolymer that is applied on the upper surface and/or the lower surface of the substrate layer. The photoresist prepolymer undergoes optical radiation curing to form an embossed photoresist layer whilst a plurality of exhaust trenches or exhaust grooves are embossed on the surface thereof by means of a mechanical contact method, and the plurality of exhaust trenches or exhaust grooves segment the embossed photoresist layer into a plurality of protrusions. Further disclosed are a preparation method for and an application of the embossed photoresist release-type film material having an exhaust function. The embossed photoresist layer is formed on the substrate layer and effective exhaust trenches or exhaust grooves are embossed by means of a mechanical contact method so as to solve the exhaust issues of viscous materials or pressure-sensitive adhesive products.
