本发明公开了一种静音液压舵机控制方法,包括左右两个舵通过油压管路相互并联后与液压转向器的左右工作油口连接,所述液压转向器的进油口和液压泵站的液压泵连接,所述液压转向器的回油口与液压泵站的液压油箱连接,所述液压转向器的进油口和其回油口连接,还包括方向盘,所述液压转向器通过联轴器连接液压马达,所述液压马达的左右工作油口分别通过油压管路连接一个液压手动泵的左右工作油口上,当船舶需要左右转时,需要操舵,控制方向盘正反转所述液压手动泵,所述液压油带动所述液压马达正反转,所述液压马达通过所述联轴器带动所述液压转向器正反转。本发明可以解决现有船舶液压式舵机噪音过大的问题。

    The invention discloses a mute hydraulic steering engine. The steering engine comprises a left rudder and a right rudder which are connected in parallel through an oil pressure pipeline and then connected with a left working oil port and a right working oil port of a hydraulic steering gear, an oil inlet of the hydraulic steering gear is connected with a hydraulic pump of a hydraulic pump station, and an oil return port of the hydraulic steering gear is connected with a hydraulic oil tank of the hydraulic pump station. An oil inlet of the hydraulic steering gear is connected with an oil return port of the hydraulic steering gear, a steering wheel is included, the hydraulic steering gear is connected with a hydraulic motor through a coupler, and a left working oil port and a right working oil port of the hydraulic motor are connected to a left working oil port and a right working oil port of a hydraulic manual pump through oil pressure pipelines respectively. When the ship needs to turn left and right, steering is needed; and the steering wheel is controlled to rotate forwards and backwards through the hydraulic manual pump, the hydraulic oil drives the hydraulic motor to rotate forwards and backwards, and the hydraulic motor drives the hydraulic steering gear to rotate forwards and backwards through the coupler. The problem that an existing ship hydraulic steering engine is too large in noise can be solved.
