According to the scheme, the position of the common parking lot and the travel habit of a user are learned through a scene engine, after the common parking lot is judged to be an underground garage, travel information of the vehicle during driving is obtained in real time through a multimedia module and compared with learning data to predict the destination, and the power battery is charged in advance before the vehicle enters the common parking lot; and the vehicle is converted into pure electric drive after entering the common parking lot, so that tail gas emission of the vehicle is avoided.
