The invention provides a modularized intelligent water unmanned operation platform which is formed by combining a plurality of functional modules, and each functional module comprises a floating body unit and a functional cabin arranged on the floating body unit; floating body units can be spliced into an integral floating platform, functional equipment is placed in the functional cabins, and the functional cabins on the floating platform comprise a communication control cabin, an electricity storage and energy storage cabin, a power/power generation cabin, an environment patrol cabin, an online analysis instrument cabin, an underwater sensor cabin and a comprehensive meteorological cabin. The power storage and energy storage cabin stores energy through a wind driven generator, the power/power generation cabin generates power through an oil engine to supply power to functional equipment, other functional cabins are electrically connected with the communication control cabin to upload data signals, and the communication control cabin communicates with a business management and control center through a wireless network. The platform is high in adaptability and easy to combine, can carry various types of monitoring instruments and patrol equipment, can adapt to various water area environments, and realizes'multi-parameter online 'continuous water environment monitoring.
