The invention provides a device for testing a braking distance of a coal mine electric locomotive, wheels of a tested electric locomotive move on a track, the track is installed on a roadway bottom plate, and the device is characterized in that a touch screen is connected with a PLC; two magnetic switching value sensors are installed on the two sides of an electric locomotive respectively and located above a roadway bottom plate. A plurality of magnetic steels or small magnets are arranged on any wheel of the electric locomotive, and a magnetic switching value sensor is arranged on the electric locomotive and corresponds to the magnetic steels or the small magnets in position; the three magnetic switching value sensors are respectively connected with the PLC; one magnet block is placed at a starting point position of a constant speed section on the roadway bottom plate, and the other magnet block is placed at a starting point position of a braking section on the roadway bottom plate; and the two magnet blocks are respectively positioned on two sides of the track. The device is simple in structure, convenient to install, accurate in test result and good in safety.

    本发明提供煤矿电机车制动距离测试装置,测试的电机车用车轮在轨道上运动,轨道安装在巷道底板上,其特征在于:触摸屏和PLC连接;两个磁性开关量传感器分别安装在电机车的两侧,并位于巷道底板上方;在电机车任意一个车轮上放置数个磁钢或小磁铁,一个磁性开关量传感器安装在电机车上并且位置与磁钢或小磁铁相对应;上述三个磁性开关量传感器分别与PLC连接;一个磁铁块放在巷道底板上匀速段起点位置,另一个磁铁块放在巷道底板上制动段起点位置;上述两个磁铁块分别位于轨道的两侧。本发明结构简单、安装方便、测试结果精确且安全性好。
