The algorithm has the advantages that the calculation of the traffic jam evaluation indexes is more accurate, and powerful data support is provided for traffic police to reasonably carry out signal lamp timing and effectively carry out traffic governance, and the problems that the calculation of the traffic jam evaluation indexes is inaccurate, and reasonable signal lamp timing cannot be carried out for the traffic police are solved.
