The invention provides a lossless sonar detection system and method for pile bottom karst of a cast-in-place pile. The lossless sonar detection system comprises a motion module, an inertia measurement module, a sonar detection module, a driving module and a control module, wherein the sonar detection module collects sonar data by using mud in a pile hole as a sound wave propagation and coupling medium and feeds back the sonar data to the control module; the control module is used for acquiring and processing data of the sonar detection module and then outputting a control instruction to the driving module; and the driving module is used for driving the motion module to move according to the control instruction. According to the lossless sonar detection system and method, the sonar technology is applied to pile bottom karst cave detection, slurry in the pile hole serves as the sound wave propagation and coupling medium to detect the karst cave development condition of the pile bottom, and the technical problem of how to effectively and rapidly detect the pile bottom karst cave of the cast-in-place pile is solved, so as to ensure that no karst cave exists within a range that the three-time pile diameter of the pile bottom of each pile is not smaller than 5 m.

    本发明提供了一种钻孔灌注桩桩底岩溶无损声呐探测系统及方法,包括运动模块、惯性测量模块、声呐探测模块、驱动模块和控制模块;声呐探测模块利用桩孔中的泥浆作为声波传播和耦合的介质来采集声呐数据并反馈至控制模块;控制模块用于获取声呐探测模块的数据并处理后输出控制指令至驱动模块,驱动模块用于根据控制指令驱动运动模块进行运动;将声呐技术应用于桩底溶洞探测,利用桩孔中的泥浆作为声波传播和耦合的介质来探测桩底的溶洞发育情况,解决了如何有效、快捷的对钻孔灌注桩桩底溶洞进行探测的技术问题,以确保每根桩桩底3倍桩径不小于5m范围内没有溶洞。
