The invention discloses a flapping-wing air vehicle capable of actively controlling the pitch angle of wings and a use method thereof. According to the flapping-wing air vehicle, the fixed position of the tail end of a flapping wing connecting rod and a fuselage framework can be actively changed through a control module, so that the pitch angle formed by the flapping wing surface and the fuselage is changed, the proportion of lift force to thrust is changed as required when the flapping-wing air vehicle executes different tasks, and therefore, the climbing speed or the advancing speed is improved. When the relative positions of the tail ends of the flapping wing connecting rods on the two sides are asynchronously changed, an additional rolling angle can be provided for the flapping-wing air vehicle in the turning process, the turning speed can be increased, the radius during turning can be reduced, the flapping-wing air vehicle can complete the turning action more quickly, and the flexibility and maneuverability of the flapping-wing air vehicle are improved. According to the use method designed according to different flight targets, the limitation problem that a traditional throwing take-off mode needs a large initial speed or a large flight angle can be solved.
