本发明公开了一种全回转起重船压载水动态调拨实验装置,船体结构以及安装在船体上的控制单元,所述控制单元包括设备层、控制层和管理层,所述控制层包括压力检测变送器、水泵电机接触控制器、阀门电机驱动器、液位检测变送器、回转电机变频器、起升控制接触器、环境监测变送器和倾角传感变送器,本实验装置用于较真实的模拟船舶在作业过程中吊机的运行状态、压载系统动态调拨压载水和船体作业位姿三者变化过程,并能根据作业环境变化实时调整压载水调拨方案和过程监控,因此该实验装置能够实现多种压载作业方案的实况模拟和现场方案求解传输实时控制,既可以较为真实模拟起重船海上作业的物理现象,又避免了采用实际标准船舶的实验成本高。
