The invention relates to a collision protection assembly and a commercial vehicle. The collision protection assembly comprises an energy absorption module which comprises a plurality of energy absorption units, and each energy absorption unit comprises a first energy absorption piece and at least two second energy absorption pieces; one ends of all the second energy-absorbing pieces are intersected, and the other ends of all the second energy-absorbing pieces extend radially; the first energy absorption piece is supported at the intersection of all the second energy absorption pieces in a deformable mode in the first direction; every two adjacent energy absorption units are in force transmission connection through at least part of the second energy absorption pieces of the energy absorption units. When one energy absorption unit or multiple energy absorption units of the collision protection assembly are impacted, every two adjacent energy absorption units are in force transmission connection through at least part of the second energy absorption pieces of the energy absorption units, and the impacted energy absorption units can transmit impact force to the adjacent energy absorption units through the second energy absorption pieces of the energy absorption units; and the impact force continues to be transmitted to other adjacent energy absorption units through the energy absorption unit, so that dissipation and conduction of the collision load are achieved, and local crushing caused by instability of the protection assembly is avoided.
