The system is characterized by comprising an ozone converter (1), a heat exchanger (2), a temperature sensor (3), a first switching valve (4), a filter (5), an electric control on-off valve (6), a pressure stabilizer (7), a membrane separator (8), a pressure sensor (9), a second switching valve (10), an oxygen concentration sensor (11), a flow distribution valve (12), a first flow limiter (13), a second flow limiter (14), a third flow limiter (15), a one-way valve (16), a first flame suppressor (17), a third switching valve (18), an oil tank (19), a washing nozzle (20), a flushing nozzle (21), a ventilation box (22), a second flame suppressor (23) and a controller (24). The invention provides the gas supply system structure for preparing nitrogen by an airborne membrane method, which perfects the structure of an aircraft fuel tank inerting protection system and solves the technical problem that the development of new aircrafts in China urgently needs to solve the gas supply system for preparing nitrogen by the airborne membrane method.
