The invention relates to the field of aircraft power supply systems, and particularly relates to a large aircraft kitchen electric load automatic management method. The method comprises the following steps: receiving power supply state information sent by controllers connected with power supplies in real time; judging whether a power supply is in the air when a power supply fault occurs, and if so, performing load management; judging whether the power supply fault is located on the same side of an alternating-current main power supply connected with the kitchen, and if so, disconnecting a kitchen load; and when the fault number of the alternating-current main power supply and the APU power supply at the other side connected with the kitchen is judged to be greater than 2, disconnecting the kitchen load. When the alternating current power supply system breaks down and the power supply power is insufficient, the kitchen load can be closed so as to ensure the normal work of the important load on the aircraft.
