The invention discloses a construction method for continuous push of steel beams. The construction method comprises the following steps that a high-altitude supporting platform is built; a jacking device and a pushing device are arranged; a main beam is assembled and connected to the pushing device; the pushing device is started to push the main beam in the transverse direction; the main beams continue to be assembled, and secondary beams are installed between the adjacent main beams; pushing of the main beams is repeated until a first steel platform is formed; the jacking device is started to synchronously jack the pushing device and the first steel platform upwards; the pushing device is started to push the first steel platform in the longitudinal direction; the main beams and the secondary beams are assembled and connected to the first steel platform; longitudinal pushing is repeated until a second steel platform is formed; and finally, the high-altitude supporting platform bears the second steel platform. According to the construction method for continuous push of the steel beams, the jacking device is arranged, the jacking device is provided with the pushing device comprising a transverse pushing mode and a longitudinal pushing mode, the construction method is suitable for installation of long-distance transverse and moving steel structures with limited plane and vertical space, the construction period is shortened, and the construction cost is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种钢梁连环顶推的施工方法,包括以下步骤:搭建高空支撑平台;设置顶升装置和顶推装置;拼装主梁并与顶推装置连接;启动顶推装置将主梁沿着横向顶推;继续拼装主梁并在相邻的主梁之间安装次梁;重复主梁的顶推直至形成第一钢平台;启动顶升装置将顶推装置与第一钢平台同步向上顶升;启动顶推装置将第一钢平台沿着纵向顶推;拼装主梁和次梁并与第一钢平台连接;重复纵向顶推直至形成第二钢平台;最后高空支撑平台承载第二钢平台。此钢梁连环顶推的施工方法通过设置顶升装置,顶升装置上设置包括横向推进模式和纵向推进模式的顶推装置,适合于平面及竖向空间受限,长距离横、移的钢结构安装,缩短施工周期,降低施工成本。
