The invention provides an adjustable rocket boosting structure and method suitable for an unmanned aerial vehicle. The structure comprises a thrust line left adjusting support, a main thrust support, a thrust line upper adjusting support, a thrust line right adjusting support, a thrust line adapter, a rocket boosting pin conical seat and three sets of thread adjusting connecting rod assemblies with the length adjusting function; and the thrust line adjusting rod supports and the main thrust support are connected with a fuselage frame, the rocket boosting pin conical seat is connected to a booster rocket, the rear end of the rocket boosting pin conical seat is connected to the main thrust support through the thrust line adapter, and the front end is respectively connected to the thrust line left adjusting rod support, the thrust line upper adjusting support and the thrust line right adjusting support through the three sets of thread adjusting connecting rod assemblies. Through the design of the thrust line adjusting support, the main thrust support, the thrust line adapter and the thread adjusting connecting rod assemblies, the assembly adjustable function can be achieved on the basis that the strength and rigidity requirements are met, and fine adjustment of the thrust line is achieved under the condition that forming assembly errors are considered.
本发明提供了一种适用于无人机的可调节火箭助推结构及方法,结构包括推力线左调整支座、主推力支座、推力线上调整支座、推力线右调整支座、推力线转接接头、火箭助推销锥座、和三套具有长度可调节功能的螺纹调整连杆组件;推力线调整杆支座和主推力支座与机身框连接,火箭助推销锥座与助推火箭连接,火箭助推销锥座的后端通过推力线转接接头与主推力支座连接,前端通过三套螺纹调整连杆组件分别与推力线左调整杆支座、推力线上调整支座和推力线右调整支座连接。通过推力线调整支座、主推力支座、推力线转接接头及螺纹调整连杆组件的设计,能够在满足强度和刚度要求的基础上,具有装配可调节功能,在考虑成型装配误差的条件下,实现推力线的微调。
