The invention relates to a block carrying method for an LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas) cabin of a container ship, which comprises the following steps of: dividing an LNG cabin into 10 blocks by sections, and respectively assembling the blocks to obtain a bottom block, a left bilge block, a right bilge block, a left side block and a right side block, a left inner shell block and a right inner shell block, a deck block, a front bulkhead block and a rear bulkhead block; then using the bottom block as a reference section, combining the left bilge block and the right bilge block with the bottom block, then rotating the front bulkhead block and the rear bulkhead block and then normally hoisting the parts on the bottom block, after folding and fixing, sequentially hoisting the left inner shell block, the right inner shell block, the port side block and the starboard side block, and finally hoisting the deck block; and completing the loading of the whole cabin block of the LNG cabin. According to the method disclosed by the invention, the sectional total assembly carrying efficiency is improved, the outfitting integrity of the void cabin is facilitated, the carrying folding welding workload is reduced, the influence of subsequent carrying construction on the internal construction of the LNG cabin is reduced, and the construction period of the LNG cabin is shortened.
