The invention discloses a semi-surface modeling steel wheel, which relates to the technical field of steel wheels; the semi-surface modeling steel wheel comprises a spoke and a rim. The spoke is provided with a straight line section inclining by 4-6 degrees. The two sides of the rim are provided with wheel flange sections, and a connecting section inclining by 5 degrees is arranged between each wheel flange section and the groove bottom section. The straight linear section is correspondingly welded and matched with one of the connecting sections; by the adoption of the technical scheme, the straight line section of the spoke and the connecting section of the rim are welded at the inclined position of 5 degrees, the traditional scheme that the spoke is connected with the groove bottom of the rim is not adopted any more, the weight of the middle body of the wheel is reduced, and meanwhile the space in the wheel is increased.
