本发明公开了一种低气味汽车坐垫革,其制备工艺包括选材、前处理、鞣制处理以及后整理四个阶段;其中,鞣制处理过程中所使用的鞣剂为植物鞣剂,植物鞣剂的成分按照重量份数计算,包括:21.5~32.3份紫丁香基丙烷、9.7~12.9份苯丙烯菌酮和6.2~10.6份戊二醛。本发明对坐垫革的鞣制处理是采用市场上比较环保的植物鞣革法。本发明所制备的汽车坐垫革手感肉实丰满、真皮感强,且具有较低的气味,非常适合汽车或一些封闭式的设备使用,避免了大量有害气体对人体的健康造成的威胁。

    The invention discloses low-odor automobile seat cushion leather. A preparation process of the low-odor automobile seat cushion leather comprises four stages, namely, material selection, pretreatment, tanning treatment and after-treatment, wherein a tanning agent used in the tanning treatment process is a vegetable tanning agent, and the vegetable tanning agent is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 21.5 to 32.3 parts of syringyl propane, 9.7 to 12.9 parts of allyl bacteria ketone and 6.2 to 10.6 parts of glutaraldehyde. The tanning treatment of the cushion leather is carried out by adopting a relatively environment-friendly vegetable tanning method in the market. The prepared automobile seat cushion leather is solid and plump in hand feeling, strong in genuine leather feeling, low in smell and very suitable for being used in automobiles or some closed equipment, and threats caused by a large amount of harmful gas to human health are avoided.
