The invention relates to the technical field of automobile brake pedals, in particular to a brake pedal surface automatic adjusting system adaptive to different customers and a control algorithm. By arranging an angle adjusting mechanism, a displacement adjusting mechanism, a corresponding angle sensor and a corresponding displacement sensor, the inclination angle of the brake pedal face relative to the brake pedal arm and the displacement distance of the brake pedal face relative to the brake pedal support can be automatically adjusted, and different foot sizes of customers can be adapted; meanwhile, a control algorithm is provided, based on the image recognition technology, an image recognition camera is arranged to be matched with an image recognition reference plate to collect projection information of the feet of the customer, algorithm operation is conducted through a brake pedal face automatic adjusting controller, and size information of the feet of the customer is recognized; and the angle value and the displacement value which need to be adjusted of the brake pedal surface are obtained, then the angle adjusting mechanism and the displacement adjusting mechanism are controlled to adjust the brake pedal surface to the most comfortable treading position, and the driving experience of customers is improved.

    本发明涉及汽车制动踏板技术领域,具体涉及一种适配不同客户的制动踏板面自动调节系统及控制算法。通过设置角度调节机构和位移调节机构以及对应的角度传感器和位移传感器,可以自动调节制动踏板面相对制动踏板臂的倾斜角度和制动踏板面相对制动踏板支架的位移距离,能够适配客户不同的脚部尺寸;同时提供了一种控制算法,基于图像识别技术,通过设置图像识别摄像头搭配图像识别参照板采集客户脚部的投影信息,并通过制动踏板面自动调节控制器进行算法运算,识别出客户脚部的尺码信息,并得出制动踏板面需要调整的角度值和位移值,进而控制角度调节机构和位移调节机构将制动踏板面调节至最舒适的踩踏位置,提升客户的驾驶体验。
