The invention provides an intelligent monitoring and early warning method and system for driving safety of bridge and tunnel road sections. The method comprises the steps: collecting meteorological data, bridge and tunnel road section road data and bridge and tunnel road section to-be-detected vehicle driving data; according to the meteorological data and the bridge and tunnel road section road data, calculating bridge and tunnel road section road condition early warning parameters; calculating a real-time operation risk value of the bridge-tunnel road section according to the bridge-tunnel road section road data and the to-be-detected vehicle driving data of the bridge-tunnel road section; comparing and judging the road condition early warning parameters of the bridge and tunnel road sections with preset countermeasure information to obtain road condition early warning information of the bridge and tunnel road sections; comparing and judging the real-time operation risk value of the bridge and tunnel road section with preset countermeasure information to obtain real-time operation countermeasure information of the bridge and tunnel road section; and releasing the road condition early warning information and the real-time operation countermeasure information of the bridge and tunnel road sections. The intelligent monitoring and early warning method can effectively enhance the monitoring and safety management of the operation state of the bridge and tunnel road section, and improve the operation safety and risk management level of the bridge and tunnel road section.

    本发明提供一种面向桥隧路段行车安全的智能监测与预警方法及系统,包括采集气象数据、桥隧路段道路数据以及桥隧路段待测车辆行驶数据;根据气象数据和桥隧路段道路数据,计算桥隧路段路况预警参数;根据桥隧路段道路数据及桥隧路段待测车辆行驶数据,计算桥隧路段实时运行风险值;将桥隧路段路况预警参数与预先设定的对策信息进行比对判断,得到桥隧路段路况预警信息;将桥隧路段实时运行风险值与预先设定的对策信息进行比对判断,得到桥隧路段实时运行对策措施信息;将桥隧路段路况预警信息及桥隧路段实时运行对策措施信息发布。该智能监测与预警方法可有效加强对桥隧路段运行状态的监控与安全管理,提高桥隧路段运行安全和风险管理水平。
