A long-handle arm is arranged at the bottom of the unmanned aerial vehicle; a first tooth groove is formed in the outer side wall of the soil discharging pipe; the long-handle arm is in threaded connection with the first tooth groove through handle teeth; the soil sampling bag is located in the soil discharging pipe, and the upper end of the soil sampling bag is connected with the unmanned aerial vehicle through a conveying rope; a rubber ring is connected to an opening in the lower end of the soil sampling bag; an expansion ring is arranged on the inner side of the rubber ring; the expansion ring comprises a first semicircular ring and a second semicircular ring; the first semicircular ring and the second semicircular ring are connected through an inclined surface and are fixedly connected with the soil discharging pipe through fixing ropes respectively; the liquid conveying device comprises a freezing bottle, a liquid conveying pipe and a clamping electronic switch; one end of the liquid conveying pipe is connected with the freezing bottle through a rubber pipe, and the other end extends to the expansion ring; and the clamping electronic switch is positioned at the rubber pipe. According to the device, touch-free remote sludge discharging and hole forming operation can be achieved, and hole walls are supported while holes are formed.
