The invention discloses an intelligent positioning and remote control system for a tower crane, which comprises a cab control system arranged on the inner side of a tower crane cab, a wireless communication module communicating with a PLC of the cab control system, a ground console communicating with the wireless communication module, a camera arranged on a variable-amplitude trolley and communicating with the ground console, a tower crane satellite positioning calling module installed on the variable-amplitude trolley and communicating with the ground console, and a fixed-point positioning calling module installed on the variable-amplitude trolley and communicating with the ground console. According to the intelligent positioning and remote control system for the tower crane, the purpose of developing the intelligent positioning and remote control system of the tower crane is to liberate a driver of the tower crane from a cab on the tower crane, combine the driver for operating the tower crane and command into one, and realize the automatic operation of the tower crane.

    本发明公开了一种塔机智能定位及远控系统,包括安装于塔机驾驶室内侧的驾驶室操控系统,还包括与驾驶室操控系统其PLC通信的无线通信模组,及与无线通信模组通信的地面操控台,及安装于变幅小车上,且与地面操控台通信的摄像头,及安装于变幅小车上,且与地面操控台通信的塔机卫星定位呼唤模组,及安装于变幅小车上,且与地面操控台通信的定点定位呼唤模组,本发明的塔机智能定位及远控系统,通过开发塔机智能定位及远控系统的目的是将塔机的司机从塔机上面的司机室解放下来,将塔机操作司机与指挥合二为一,并实现塔机自动化运行。
