The invention discloses ice breaking equipment, and particularly relates to continuous ice breaking equipment. The continuous ice breaking equipment is technically characterized by comprising an impact device for generating impact waves through a liquid-electric effect and an ice breaking assembly used for colliding with an ice layer and breaking ice by means of the impact waves generated by the impact device. The impact device comprises an impact cylinder capable of generating impact waves, the impact cylinder comprises a cylinder body filled with an electrolyte solution, a positive electrode bar and a negative electrode bar used for being connected with a high-voltage electric field are arranged in the cylinder body, the ice breaking assembly comprises an ice breaking knife used for transmitting the impact waves and cutting the ice layer open, and the ice breaking assembly further comprises a vibration guide plate used for being connected with the impact device and transmitting impact waves. When the ice breaking equipment is used, the impact force of the ship on the ice layer can be increased without changing a ship body structure and increasing the self weight of the ship, and the ship is helped to rapidly crush the ice layer.
