The invention relates to the technical field of electric vehicle and power grid interaction, and particularly provides an electric vehicle community ordered charging hierarchical regulation and control method and device, and the method comprises the steps: determining that the charging power of each charging pile in a charging pile group is schedulable according to the adjustable charging power of each charging pile in the charging pile group; and substituting the schedulable charging power of each charging pile in the charging pile group and the transformer capacity corresponding to the charging pile group into a pre-established charging pile charging optimization model, and solving the pre-established charging pile charging optimization model to obtain the charging power of each charging pile in the charging pile group. According to the method provided by the invention, charging pile resources with limited charging load sum in the same transformer or the same power supply area can be graded, and the charging requirements of different levels of charging users can be met as far as possible on the premise of meeting charging load limitation and safety limitation of the transformer area or the power supply area based on the grading result.

    本发明涉及电动汽车与电网互动技术领域,具体提供了一种电动汽车社区有序充电分级调控方法及装置,包括:根据充电桩群体中各充电桩的可调节充电功率确定充电桩群体中各充电桩的充电功率可调度;将充电桩群体中各充电桩的充电功率可调度及电桩群体对应的变压器容量代入预先建立的充电桩充电优化模型,求解所述预先建立的充电桩充电优化模型,得到充电桩群体中各充电桩的充电功率。本发明提供的技术方案能够对于同一变压器或同一供电区域内充电负荷总和受限的充电桩资源进行分级,基于分级结果在满足台区或供电区域充电负荷限制和安全限制的前提下,尽可能满足不同层级充电用户的充电需求。
