The invention discloses a monocular camera (imager) high beam normally-open detection device based on double different bases, and belongs to the field of communication and transportation signal control equipment. According to the device, the irradiation angle of a vehicle high beam is utilized, and a high beam normally-open light detection unit composed of a monocular camera of a fixed base and a monocular camera which is mounted on an adjustable base and can be steplessly adjusted is mounted on a detection cross rod. According to presetting, when the vehicle with the high beam turned on passes through a distance detection point, lamplight of the vehicle with the high beam turned on irradiates on the monocular camera, a sensitive element on the monocular camera is triggered, and the monocular camera shoots the license plate number of the corresponding vehicle. Meanwhile, the monocular camera mounted on the adjustable base is started, and the vertical inclination angle between the monocular camera and the cross rod is adjusted in a stepless mode to achieve tracking camera shooting of the same vehicle with the high beam till the vehicle passes through the next detection point. Pictures shot by the two monocular cameras (imagers) are transmitted to background equipment to serve as a judgment basis. The device has the characteristics of no algorithm, low development cost, accurate discrimination and the like.
本发明公开了一种基于双支异底座的单目相(像)机车辆远光灯常开检测装置,属交通运输信号控制设备领域。此装置利用车辆远光灯照射角度,在检测横杆上安装一只固定底座的单目相机和一只安装在可调底座可无级调节的单目像机组成的远光灯常开光检测单元。根据预先设定,当开远光灯车辆通过距检测点处时,开远光灯车辆灯光照射在单目相机上,触发单目相机上的敏感元件,单目相机拍下对应车辆的车牌号。同时,开启安装在可调底座的单目像机并无级调节与横杆上下倾角实现对同一开远光灯车辆的跟踪摄像直到通过下一检测点。两个单目相(像)机所拍图片传输到后台设备,作为判定依据。此装置具有无需算法、开发成本低、判别准确等特点。
