The invention provides a cable-free autonomous underwater robot communication positioning device and method. The positioning device comprises an overwater floating raft, a communication cable and a connecting base; the overwater floating raft is provided with an overwater corner measuring support, a cable winding and unwinding mechanism and a GPS positioning module, the communication cable is a zero-buoyancy cable, and the first end of the communication cable penetrates through the overwater corner measuring support and then is connected with the cable winding and unwinding mechanism; the connecting base is connected with the underwater robot, the connecting base is provided with an underwater rotation angle measuring support and a cable clamping mechanism, the second end of the communication cable penetrates through the underwater rotation angle measuring support, then is clamped by the cable clamping mechanism and is connected with the communication interface of the underwater robot, and the second end of the communication cable is made of a floating body material; the device has the capabilities of data return, remote control and accurate positioning, and can be directly mounted on various cable-free autonomous underwater robot bodies for use, so that the positioning accuracy of the underwater robot is improved.

    本公开提供了一种无缆自主水下机器人通信定位装置及方法,定位装置包括:水上浮筏、通信线缆和连接基座;水上浮筏设有水上转角测量支架、线缆收放机构和GPS定位模块,通信线缆为零浮力线缆,且通信线缆的第一端穿过水上转角测量支架后与线缆收放机构连接;连接基座与水下机器人连接,连接基座设有水下转角测量支架和线缆夹紧机构,通信线缆的第二端穿过水下转角测量支架后利用线缆夹紧机构夹紧并与水下机器人的通信接口连接,且通信线缆的第二端为浮体材料;本公开具备数据回传、远程遥控和精准定位能力,可直接安装于各类无缆自主水下机器人机体上使用,提高了水下机器人的定位精度。
