The invention provides a bearing floating assembly for a steering mechanism and the steering mechanism. The bearing floating assembly comprises a bush (30), an elastic piece (40) and a cup shell assembly, wherein the face, away from an opening of a peripheral wall (31), of a spherically-convex end (32) of the bush (30) is a part of a first virtual spherical surface; the cup shell assembly comprises a gasket (50); a spherically-concave part (51) is formed in the middle area of the gasket (50); the face, facing the bush (30), of the spherically-concave part (51) is a part of a second virtual spherical surface; the spherically-concave part (51) is used for abutting against the spherically-convex end (32); the elastic piece (40) is installed on the bush (30) and used for abutting against the wall of the inner cavity of the shell (10); and when the deformation amount of the elastic piece (40) is larger than a certain value, the increment of the load loaded on the elastic piece (40) corresponding to the unit deformation amount is increased along with the increase of the deformation amount. According to the bearing floating assembly, multi-direction aligning can be provided for a bearing arranged on a worm, and vibration reduction can be provided for the worm under the high load.

    本发明提供一种用于转向机构的轴承浮动组件和转向机构。轴承浮动组件包括衬套(30)、弹性件(40)和杯壳组件,衬套(30)的球凸端(32)的远离周壁(31)的开口的面为第一虚拟球面的一部分,杯壳组件包括衬片(50),衬片(50)的中部区域形成为球凹部(51),球凹部(51)的朝向衬套(30)的面为第二虚拟球面的一部分,球凹部(51)用于抵靠住球凸端(32),弹性件(40)安装于衬套(30)、且用于抵靠到壳体(10)的内腔的壁,当弹性件(40)的变形量大于某一值后,单位变形量所对应的弹性件(40)上加载的载荷的增量随变形量的增加而增加。根据本发明的轴承浮动组件能为设置于蜗杆的轴承提供多方向的调心,且能在高载荷下为蜗杆提供减振。
