The invention relates to an anti-rollover monitoring device and method for operation of pipe hoisting equipment of a hydraulic excavator. The device comprises an angle sensor A, an angle sensor B, a horizontal tilt angle sensor and an alarm which are respectively connected with a controller, wherein the angle sensor A is arranged between a movable arm and a bucket rod; the angle sensor B is arranged at the hinging part of the movable arm and a rotary platform; and the horizontal tilt angle sensor is mounted on the rotary platform. The method comprises the following steps of measuring an angle signal A between a movable arm and a bucket rod, an angle signal B between the movable arm and a rotary platform and an inclination angle signal of the rotary platform relative to a reference ground plane; calculating the tipping moment generated by the hoisted object, the tipping moment generated by the bucket rod, the tipping moment generated by the movable arm and the anti-tipping moment; and calculating the total tipping moment and the safety moment of the hydraulic excavator, and controlling an alarm to give an alarm. According to the device and the method, the angle of the working face during operation can be monitored in real time, early warning can be given in time when the tipping risk occurs, and potential safety hazards in the operation process can be effectively eliminated.

    一种液压挖掘机吊管设备作业防倾翻监测装置及方法,装置:包括分别与控制器连接的角度传感器A、角度传感器B、水平倾角传感器和报警器,角度传感器A安装在动臂和斗杆之间,角度传感器B安装在动臂与回转平台的铰接处,水平倾角传感器安装在回转平台上。方法:测量动臂和斗杆之间的角度信号A、测量动臂与回转平台之间的角度信号B和回转平台相对基准地平面的倾角信号;计算出吊装物产生的倾翻力矩,斗杆产生的倾翻力矩,动臂产生的倾翻力矩和反倾翻力矩;计算出液压挖掘机总倾翻力矩和安全力矩,并控制报警器进行示警。该装置和方法能实时监测作业时工作面的角度,并能在具有发生倾翻风险时及时做出预警,可有效消除作业过程中的安全隐患。
