The adjusting system comprises a fresh water generator, an input pipeline, an output pipeline, a first branch, a second branch and a third branch, a three-way valve and a first stop valve are arranged on the input pipeline, throttling devices are arranged on the first branch, the second branch and the third branch, and the throttling devices are configured to adjust the pressure change value of water flow on the corresponding branches. so that pressure change value between output pipeline and input pipeline when first branch is in working state is equal to pressure change value between output pipeline and input pipeline when second branch and third branch are in working state, the above value is also equal to the pressure change between value between the output pipeline and the input pipeline when the brnach of thefresh water generator and the second branch are in the working states. Therefore, when the fresh water generator is switched in the three working states, the pressure change value in the output pipeline does not fluctuate obviously, and the normal operation of the high-temperature cooling system is ensured.
