The invention relates to the technical field of steering machines, and particularly discloses a bushing and a power-assisted steering system, and the bushing comprises an inner ring and an outer ring. The outer ring is arranged on the inner ring in a sleeving mode and is used for being fixedly connected with a shell. The inner ring is used for being arranged outside a transmission rod in a sleeving mode. The inner ring comprises a connecting part and a receding part, the connecting part is in transmission connection with the transmission rod, and the receding part comprises a receding space deviating from the radial outer side of the inner ring. When suffering from large axial force, the transmission rod can be bent and deformed towards the receding space of the receding part so that scraping or collision between the transmission rod and the inner ring can be avoided by arranging the receding space. When the transmission rod bears small axial force, the transmission rod can produce tiny deformation, due to the fact that the connecting part is in transmission connection with the transmission rod, the connecting part is attached to the transmission rod, the transmission rod can be supported and restrained to deform, and the transmission rod can be prevented from generating loose feeling.
