A ship cabin space structure for vibration and noise reduction comprises a floor, an inner enclosure wall perpendicular to the floor and a ceiling located at the upper end of the inner enclosure wall. The floor adopts a floating floor and is laid on the lower steel deck; and the floating floor comprises a sound absorbing material layer laid on the lower steel deck and a steel plate layer located on the sound absorbing material layer. The lower end of the inner enclosure wall is connected to a steel plate layer of the floating floor, the upper end of the inner enclosure wall is connected to the steel enclosure wall through a connecting piece, and noise reduction materials are arranged between the inner enclosure wall connected with the connecting piece or/and the steel enclosure wall and the connecting piece; and the ceiling is connected to the steel enclosure wall or/and the upper steel deck through connecting pieces, noise reduction materials are arranged between the ceiling or/and the steel enclosure wall or/and the upper steel deck connected with the connecting pieces, and the connecting pieces provided with the noise reduction materials are connected through the floating bottom plate.
