The invention provides a method and device for detecting the electric field intensity of a vehicle wire harness, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the first electric field intensity of electromagnetic waves emitted by a vehicle wire harness when the vehicle wire harness is powered on; if the first electric field intensity is greater than a preset electric field intensity threshold value, determining corresponding frequency information under the first electric field intensity, and determining a setting position of a shielding device on the wire harness according to the frequency information and the length of the wire harness; outputting the information of the set position; and arranging the shielding device on the wire harness according to the information of the set position. The intensity of the first electric field emitted by the wire harness can be effectively reduced through the arrangement of the shielding device, so that the intensity of the first electric field is lower than the national standard requirement, namely, the wire harness meets the national standard requirement; therefore, the problem that the electric field intensity exceeds the standard due to a long wire harness is solved, the probability that the vehicle meets the mandatory certification requirement is improved, and the competitiveness of enterprises in the market is enhanced.

    本发明提供了一种车辆线束电场强度的检测方法及装置,其中,所述方法包括:获取车辆的线束在通电时对外发射的电磁波的第一电场强度;若所述第一电场强度大于预设的电场强度阈值,则确定所述第一电场强度下对应的频率信息,以及根据所述频率信息以及所述线束的长度,确定屏蔽装置在所述线束上的设置位置;输出所述设置位置的信息;根据设置位置的信息,可以对屏蔽装置在线束上进行设置,通过设置所述屏蔽装置,可以有效地降低所述线束发射的第一电场强度,使所述第一电场强度低于国标要求,也就是所述线束符合国标要求,进而解决了较长线束引起的电场强度超标的问题,提高了车辆满足强制认证要求的机率,有利于增强企业在市场中的竞争力。
