The invention provides a traffic signal lamp time length prediction method with a fixed time length. The traffic signal lamp time length of a traffic intersection is estimated through traffic signal lamp state data and parking waiting time length data collected by a large number of real vehicles at the traffic intersection. The method can be suitable for a traffic signal lamp system with any fixed time length, and can assist a driver to avoid a red light intersection and select a faster driving route.
