The invention discloses a method for an unmanned vehicle to quit marshalling driving. The method employs the same protocol between vehicles and a road management system, and can achieve the real-time information interaction between every two vehicles. The marshalling driving quitting of the vehicle includes steps that a marshalling driving quitting application is sent to the road management system through a vehicle-mounted terminal, the road management system inquires a proper marshalling driving quitting place according to information contained in an application instruction, and then the vehicle quits marshalling driving through a space-time locking method. In the process, the road management system locks the time and space of the unmanned vehicle and the vehicle marshalling to ensure the traffic safety. The unmanned vehicles are grouped to run, so that the road utilization rate, the traffic capacity and the safety can be effectively improved. All the unmanned vehicles and the road management system use the unified control protocol, real-time information interaction between all the unmanned vehicles and the road management system can be realized, and management is more convenient and safer.
