本发明涉及低滚阻轮胎领域,公开了一种能够降低空腔共鸣音的轮胎及其生产方法,包括内衬层、第一带束层、第二带束层,所述轮胎在成型时,在内衬层内部增加橡胶组合物;所述橡胶组合物在经过硫化后能够形成孔隙率为53%~74%的气孔,且气孔间相互贯穿连通;所述橡胶组合物的宽度W、厚度H满足如下关系:0.5W1B<W<W2B,H=3mm,其中W1B为第一带束层的宽度,W2B为第二带束层的宽度;降低了工艺复杂度,解决了现有技术中因在成品轮胎内部粘贴静音海绵而存在的海绵脱落风险,保证了持久的降噪效果。

The tire comprises a lining layer, a first belted layer and a second belted layer; when the tire is formed, a rubber composition is added into the lining layer; after the rubber composition is vulcanized, air holes with the porosity of 53%-74% can be formed, and the air holes are communicated with one another in a penetrating mode; the width W and the thickness H of the rubber composition meet the following relations: 0.5 W1B < W < W2B, H = 3mm, wherein the W1B is the width of the first belted layer, and W2B is the width of the second belted layer. According to the technical scheme, the process complexity is reduced, the risk that in the prior art, the sponge falls off due to the fact that the mute sponge is pasted in the finished tire is solved, and the long-lasting noise reduction effect is guaranteed.
