The method has the advantages that various faults of the motor of the new energy automobile can be correspondingly detected, the fault reasons can be quickly and reliably analyzed, and the faults can be conveniently and timely investigated and maintained; the fault problem point of the motor can be quickly locked, and normal work of the motor is ensured.

    本发明公开了一种新能源汽车电动机故障检修方法,包括CAN线故障检测步骤:在整车钥匙旋入ON档位后,整车控制器VCU检测不到电驱系统的任何工作信息,此时判断为电动机控制器与整车控制器之间的CAN线束通讯故障,进入CAN通讯检修步骤对CAN线束通讯进行检修。本发明的优点在于:可以对新能源汽车的电动机的各种故障进行对应的检测,快速可靠的分析出故障的原因,方便及时查处故障并维修;能够迅速锁定电动机故障问题点,保证电动机的正常工作。
