The invention discloses a new energy automobile battery identification and positioning method based on three-dimensional stereo, and relates to the technical field of new energy automobile battery replacement. The method comprises the following steps: respectively acquiring image or video image information in a parking area by a plurality of cameras in a battery swap station; acquiring positions of four welding reinforcements in the image information; preprocessing the image information containing the four welding reinforcements; carrying out feature extraction and wavelet denoising processing on the preprocessed picture; calculating the initial position by using a residual weighting algorithm; and determining the battery location. According to the method, a vehicle is guided to run to a designated position, an image is denoised and the measured value is corrected according to the wavelet analysis theory after the vehicle image at each angle is collected, the initial estimated value of the positioning point is calculated by using a residual weighting algorithm, the three-dimensional positioning of the vehicle battery is performed by using the least square estimation, so that the positioning precision of the vehicle battery is improved, the positioning accuracy of the automobile battery is improved, and the automobile battery is convenient to replace.

    本发明公开了一种基于三维立体新能源汽车电池识别和定位的方法,涉及新能源汽车换电技术领域。本发明包括如下步骤:换电站内多个摄像头分别获取停车区域内的图像或视频图像信息;获取图像信息中四个焊接加强件的位置;对含有四个焊接加强件的图像信息进行预处理;对预处理后图片进行特征提取并小波去噪处理;使用残差加权算法对初始位置进行计算;确定电池位置。本发明通过指导车辆行驶至指定位置,采集各角度车辆图片后进行小波分析理论对图像进行去噪并修正测量值,并利用残差加权算法计算定位点初始估计值,并利用最小二乘估计进行车辆电池的三维定位,提升了汽车电池的定位精度,提高汽车电池的定位精准度,方便对汽车电池进行更换。
