According to the control method of the vehicle-mounted charger of the pure electric vehicle, the vehicle-mounted charger OBC is provided with a slow charging socket, wherein the slow charging socket is electrically communicated with a vehicle-mounted charger OBC through an alternating current wire harness, and a direct current output end of the vehicle-mounted charger OBC is electrically connected with a power battery pack; a CC signal end of the slow charging socket is connected with a CC signal end of a VCU, a CP signal end of the slow charging socket is connected with a CP signal end of the BMS, and CAN signal interfaces of the OBC, the VCU and the BMS are all in signal connection with the CAN bus; a wake-up signal end of the vehicle control unit VCU is connected with the battery management system BMS; an AC charging pile is electrically connected with a slow charging socket through an AC charging gun; the method comprises a power-on process, a working process and a power-off process. According to the control method, collaboration between vehicle-mounted charging systems is enhanced, and the probability of occurrence of slow charging and gun jumping phenomena caused by overvoltage is effectively reduced.

    一种纯电动车车载充电机的控制方法,所述车载充电机OBC上设置有慢充电插座,所述慢充电插座通过交流线束与车载充电机OBC电连通,所述车载充电机OBC直流电输出端与动力电池包电连接;所述慢充电插座的CC信号端与整车控制器VCU的CC信号端连接,所述慢充电插座的CP信号端与电池管理系统BMS的CP信号端连接,所述车载充电机OBC、整车控制器VCU和电池管理系统BMS的CAN信号接口均与CAN总线信号连接;所述整车控制器VCU的唤醒信号端和电池管理系统BMS连接;交流充电桩通过交流充电枪与慢充电插座电连接;所述方法包括上电、工作和下电流程。本设计不仅增强车载充电系统之间的协作性,而且有效降低因过压而导致的慢充跳枪现象的发生概率。
