The present invention optimizes the amount of air consumed in a regeneration operation, thereby decreasing the amount of compressed dry air consumed while maintaining excellent dehumidification performance. An ECU (80) performs a dehumidification operation in which an air drying circuit (11) is controlled and compressed air sent from a compressor (4) is passed through a filter (17) in the forward direction and supplied to an air tank (30), and performs a regeneration operation in which compressed dry air stored in the air tank (30) is passed through the filter (17) in the reverse direction and the fluid that passes through the filter (17) is discharged from a drain discharge port (27). Each time the regeneration operation is completed, the ECU (80) stores a regeneration result, which is the result of the regeneration operation of the air drying circuit (11), in a storage unit (80A), and when starting a new regeneration operation, the ECU (80) acquires the regeneration result of the air drying circuit stored in the storage unit (80A) and reflects the acquired regeneration result in the regeneration conditions of the new regeneration operation.
