The invention discloses a high-voltage shunt reactor respirator silica gel replacement auxiliary device, which comprises a vehicle body and a replacement buckle, wherein the replacement buckle comprises an upper buckle, a lower buckle and a hydraulic cylinder, the upper buckle is arranged above the lower buckle in parallel, the hydraulic cylinder is arranged on the same side of the upper buckle and the lower buckle, the hydraulic cylinder is vertically arranged on the vehicle body, the lower buckle is fixedly connected with the bottom end of the hydraulic cylinder, and the upper buckle is fixedly connected with the upper end of the hydraulic cylinder. The respirator is fixed in an abutting mode through the upper buckle and the lower buckle, after the respirator is fixed in the abutting mode through the upper buckle and the lower buckle, the movable vehicle body drives the replacement buckle to move, then the respirator is driven to leave the reactor, and dismounting of the respirator is completed. In the respirator dismounting process, through cooperation of the hydraulic cylinder, the upper buckle and the lower buckle, the respirator is dismounted in a mechanical mode, compared with manual dismounting, manpower and time are saved, and meanwhile, the problem that the respirator of an extra-high voltage transformer substation is inconvenient to replace is effectively solved.

    本发明公开了一种高压并联电抗器呼吸器硅胶更换辅助装置,包括车体和更换卡扣,更换卡扣包括上卡扣、下卡扣和液压缸,上卡扣设置在下卡扣平行上方,液压缸设置在上卡扣和下卡扣同一侧,液压缸竖直设置在车体上,下卡扣与液压缸底端固定连接,上卡扣与液压缸上端固定连接。通过上卡扣和下卡扣对呼吸器进行抵接固定,在上卡扣和下卡扣完成对呼吸器的抵接固定后,移动车体带动更换卡扣移动,进而带动呼吸器离开电抗器,完成呼吸器的拆卸,在呼吸器拆卸过程中,经由液压缸、上卡扣和下卡扣的配合,采用机械方式对呼吸器进行拆卸,相比人工进行拆卸在节省人力、时间的同时,有效解决了特高压变电站呼吸器不便更换的问题。
