The invention relates to a lightweight integrated aluminum alloy thrust rod with an insert. The lightweight integrated aluminum alloy thrust rod comprises a rod body and ball heads integrally formed at the two ends of the rod body, and each ball head is provided with a mounting hole used for mounting a ball pin; an annular insert is embedded in the inner wall surface of the mounting hole, the insert is made of a material different from that of the ball head, and a snap spring is arranged on the inner circumferential wall of the insert; the rod body comprises a main connecting plate for connecting the peripheral surfaces of the two ball heads, the plate surface of the main connecting plate is parallel to the end surfaces of the ball heads, a plurality of reinforcing plates are arranged on the plate surfaces of the two sides of the main connecting plate, the reinforcing plates are vertically connected with the plate surface of the main connecting plate, and the two ends of each reinforcing plate are connected with the peripheral surfaces of the corresponding ball heads respectively; a first weight reduction groove is formed between every two adjacent reinforcing plates; and a second weight reduction groove is formed in the peripheral wall of each ball head and located in the side away from the corresponding snap ring installation groove. According to the thrust rod, the strength and the rigidity are guaranteed, and meanwhile the good weight reduction effect is achieved.

    本发明涉及一种有嵌件的轻量化一体式铝合金推力杆,包括杆体、以及一体成型于杆体两端的球头,每个球头均具有用于安装球销的安装孔;安装孔的内壁面嵌设有环形的嵌件,嵌件采用与球头不同的材料制成,卡簧设置于嵌件的内周壁上;杆体包括连接两个球头的外周面的主连接板,主连接板的板面与球头的端面相平行,主连接板的两侧板面上均设有多块加强板,加强板与主连接板的板面垂直连接,且加强板的两端分别与对应球头的外周面连接;从而在相邻的加强板之间形成第一减重槽;每个球头的外周壁上均设有第二减重槽,第二减重槽位于远离卡簧安装槽的一侧。该种推力杆证强度和刚度的同时,具有良好的减重效果。
