The invention relates to the technical field of intelligent building construction, in particular to a visual threading guiding device based on BIM and a guiding method. The visual threading guiding device comprises a main control computer, an indoor positioning system, wireless monitoring equipment and a remote control trolley, wherein the main control computer is in communication connection with the wireless monitoring equipment; the wireless monitoring equipment is mounted at the front end of the remote control trolley; and a lead buckle is mounted at the rear end of the remote control trolley. The visual threading guiding device has the beneficial effects that BIM modeling software is used for performing three-dimensional modeling on a ladder assembly in a building, the three-dimensional modeling is imported into the positioning software, a three-dimensional map of the ladder assembly is generated, and through the positioning function of the positioning system on the remote control trolley, the movement position and track of the remote control trolley on the ladder assembly are displayed in real time; and the remote control trolley can move in a narrow space to replace workers, can reach the narrow space where the workers cannot enter, and can replace the workers to complete high-altitude operation.

    本发明涉及智能建筑施工技术领域,具体为一种基于BIM的可视化穿线装置及引导方法;包括主控电脑、室内定位系统、无线监控设备和遥控小车;所述主控电脑与无线监控设备通信连接;所述无线监控设备安装在遥控小车前端;所述遥控小车后端安装有引线卡扣;本发明有益效果:使用BIM建模软件对建筑物内的梯架进行三维建模,导入到定位软件,生成梯架的三维地图,通过定位系统对遥控小车的定位功能,实时显示遥控小车在梯架的运动位置及轨迹;实现遥控小车在狭小空间的移动,代替工人,可以到达工人无法进入的狭小空间,替代工人完成高空作业。
