The invention discloses a marine propulsion and power generation free switching power system and a control method. In the marine propulsion and power generation free switching power system, one end of a main propulsion diesel engine is connected with a clutch, the other end of the main propulsion diesel engine is connected with an axle generator, a variable propeller is connected with a reduction gearbox, and the axle generator is connected with a power distribution system; a propulsion remote control system can control starting or stopping of the main propulsion diesel engine and closing or releasing of the clutch, and an energy management system can control starting or stopping of the main propulsion diesel engine and closing or opening of the axle generator. And the propulsion or power generation mode switching controller is used for switching a propulsion mode and a power generation mode by controlling the propulsion remote control system and the energy management system. The main propulsion diesel engine can be used for driving the propeller to propel during sailing operation and can also drive the shaft generator to generate electricity for daily power utilization of the ship during berthing operation, so that the number of configured auxiliary diesel engines can be reduced, and resources are fully utilized.

    本发明公开了一种船用推进与发电自由切换的动力系统及控制方法,该船用推进与发电自由切换的动力系统中,主推进柴油机一端与离合器连接,另一端与轴带发电机连接,可变螺旋桨与减速齿轮箱连接,轴带发电机与配电系统连接,推进遥控系统能控制主推进柴油机的启动或停机,以及离合器的合排或脱排,能量管理系统能控制主推进柴油机的启动或停机,以及轴带发电机的合闸或分闸,推进或发电模式切换控制器通过控制推进遥控系统和能量管理系统进行推进模式和发电模式的切换。能使主推进柴油机不仅在航行作业时用于带动螺旋桨推进,还能在停泊作业时带动轴带发电机发电供船舶日常用电使用,因此,能减少配置辅助柴油机的数量,对资源充分利用。
