The invention discloses a labor-saving large-stroke four-stage lifting device and a lifting method thereof. The lifting device comprises a chassis, a lifting mechanical arm and a lifting mechanism, one end of a first bottom arm is connected with the chassis, the other end of the first bottom arm is provided with a first constant force spring, the first constant force spring is connected with the bottom of a second lifting arm, and the top of the second lifting arm is provided with a second constant force spring; the second constant force spring is connected with the bottom of a third lifting arm, the top of the third lifting arm is rotationally connected with the bottom of a fourth lifting arm through a third constant force spring, and a hook is arranged at the top of the fourth lifting arm; the lifting mechanism comprises a lifting air cylinder, a traction rope, a fixed pulley and a movable pulley, the lifting air cylinder is connected with the chassis, the fixed pulley is fixed to the chassis, the movable pulley is fixed to the bottom of the second lifting arm, the horizontal heights of telescopic rods of the movable pulley and the lifting air cylinder are both higher than the horizontal height of the fixed pulley, and the telescopic rod of the lifting air cylinder is connected with one end of the traction rope; and the other end of the traction rope sequentially passes through the fixed pulley and the movable pulley and is connected with the chassis.

    本发明公开一种省力大行程四级抬升装置及其抬升方法,抬升装置包括底盘、抬升机械臂和抬升机构,第一底臂的一端与底盘连接,另一端设有第一恒力弹簧,第一恒力弹簧与第二抬升臂的底部连接,第二抬升臂的顶部设有第二恒力弹簧,第二恒力弹簧与第三抬升臂的底部连接,第三抬升臂的顶部通过第三恒力弹簧与第四抬升臂的底部转动连接,第四抬升臂的顶部设有挂钩;抬升机构包括抬升气缸、牵引绳、定滑轮和动滑轮,抬升气缸与底盘连接,定滑轮固定于底盘,动滑轮固定于第二抬升臂的底部,动滑轮和抬升气缸的伸缩杆的水平高度均高于定滑轮的水平高度,抬升气缸的伸缩杆与牵引绳的一端连接,牵引绳的另一端依次经过定滑轮和动滑轮并与底盘连接。
