The invention discloses an energy-saving control system based on a jet lubrication system for a full-revolving steering oar. The energy-saving control system comprises a full-revolving propeller control unit. The input end of the full-revolving propeller control unit is in signal connection with a lubricating oil temperature sensor and a motor rotating speed sensor. The output end of the full-revolving propeller control unit is connected with a full-revolving propeller lubricating system energy-saving control device; specifically, the full-revolving propeller lubricating system energy-saving control device performs matching operation and data fusion analysis on a full-revolving propeller model in actual parameter operation and a full-revolving propeller model in virtual operation, obtains corresponding control signals, and transmits the corresponding control signals to a frequency converter; the frequency converter controls the rotating speed of the motor to change the rotating speed of a lubricating oil pump to adjust the flow of the lubricating oil pump outlet so as to realize the energy-saving function.

    本发明公开了一种基于全回转式舵桨用喷射润滑系统的节能控制系统,包括全回转推进器控制单元;所述全回转推进器控制单元的输入端分别与滑油温度传感器、电机转速传感器信号连接;所述全回转推进器控制单元的输出端与全回转推进器润滑系统节能控制装置连接,本发明具体地是通过全回转推进器润滑系统节能控制装置对实际参数运行的全回转推进器模型和虚拟运行的全回转推进器模型进行匹配运算、数据融合分析,并得出相应的控制信号,再将相应的控制信号分别传输给变频器,通过变频器控制电机转速改变滑油泵的转速来调节滑油泵出口的流量,来实现节能功能。
