The invention relates to a novel method for generating electricity and charging an electric vehicle and storing energy, in particular to a method for generating electricity and charging an electric vehicle during running by utilizing 'airflow inertia flowing kinetic energy'. An existing electric vehicle is limited in energy storage, and when the electric energy consumption of a storage battery reaches a certain limit in the running process of the electric vehicle, the electric vehicle must stop to be charged and then run on the road, which is an important reason restricting development of the electric vehicle. The problems that an electric vehicle is low in energy storage and short in driving distance can be solved. The 'airflow inertia flowing kinetic energy 'is formed by comprehensive factors such as reacting force of vehicle running on air and characteristics of the air. The 'airflow inertia flowing kinetic energy ' is used for generating electricity and charging, original stored energy of the vehicle is not consumed, the storage capacity of the vehicle is increased, the travelled distance can be prolonged, and the law of conservation of energy is met. The 'airflow inertia flowing kinetic energy' is formed at the rear part of the tail of the vehicle, and the running and charging system must be mounted at the rear tail part of the vehicle, so that the low-cost 'airflow inertia flowing kinetic energy' can be used for generating electricity.

    利用“气流惯性流动动能”发电,给电动车且行且充电,涉及电动车发电、充电、储能的新方法。现有电动车储能有限,电动车行驶中,蓄电瓶的电能耗到一定限度时,必须停下来充电后再上路行驶,这是制约电动车的发展重要原因。本发明可以解决电动车储能少的、行驶里程短的难题。“气流惯性流动动能”是车辆行驶的反作用力作用于空气及空气的特性等综合因素形成的。利用它发电并充电,没有耗费车辆原有的储能,增加车辆的储电量,能延长行驶里程,符合能量守恒定律。“气流惯性流动动能”形成于车辆的尾后部,且行且充电系统必须安装在车辆的后尾部,才能利用廉价的“气流惯性流动动能”发电。
