The invention provides an electric vehicle auxiliary frame structure which comprises an auxiliary frame and a suspension bushing, wherein the suspension bushing comprises a mounting sleeve and a bushing cushion arranged in the mounting sleeve; the bushing cushion is in interference fit with the mounting sleeve; the axis of the mounting sleeve is perpendicular to the auxiliary frame; the mounting sleeve is welded to the auxiliary frame; the bushing cushion is connected with supporting legs of a power assembly of a vehicle. The auxiliary frame is directly connected with the supporting legs of the power assembly through the suspension bushing, suspension assembly supports and suspension connecting supports in the prior art are not required, therefore, only a small number of parts of the auxiliary frame structure is required, meanwhile, accumulation of assembly errors is effectively reduced, the assembly difficulty is well reduced, and the assembly efficiency is effectively improved.
本发明提供了一种电动车副车架结构,其包括副车架、悬置衬套,所述悬置衬套包括安装套管、设置在所述安装套管内的衬套软垫,所述衬套软垫与所述安装套管过盈配合;所述安装套管的轴线与所述副车架相垂直,所述安装套管焊接在所述副车架上;所述衬套软垫用于与车辆的动力总成的支脚相连。本发明的副车架直接通过悬置衬套与动力总成的支脚相连,省去了现有技术中的悬置装配支架和悬置连接支架,从而使得副车架结构的零部件较少,同时有效地减少了装配误差的累积,较好地降低了装配难度,进而有效地提高了装配效率。
